Role Description This is a full-time Front End Developer role based in Benito Juárez, CMX, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home.

The Front End

Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience across devices and browsers. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers. The role also involves troubleshooting front-end issues, implementing best practices in accessibility and security, and contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement of the development process.



The developer will work on features that support mroads’ HR technology solutions, including Paññã and other workforce-focused platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with one or more front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and state management patterns.
- Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building mobile-first interfaces.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
- Experience with version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, GitHub or similar platforms).
- Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and basic security best practices on the client side.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, participate in code reviews, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in HR tech, SaaS platforms, or data-driven products is a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Benito Juárez, CMX, with flexibility for onsite collaboration when needed.
