About The Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our client's team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and management of modern web and mobile applications.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience turning ideas and requirements into efficient, scalable software solutions, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns. You will work across the full development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

This role is well suited for a developer who combines strong hands-on technical skills with experience leading development teams and working within Agile/Scrum environments .

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Apply appropriate software design patterns to ensure efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and architecture through implementation and deployment.
- Develop and maintain RESTful services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following modern ES6 standards.
- Develop and support hybrid mobile applications using technologies such as Cordova and Ionic.

Architecture & Technical Development

- Analyze application requirements and structure technical solutions based on project needs.
- Design solutions that support scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.




- Identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions using established design patterns and development best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of existing applications.

Team Leadership & Agile

- Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
- Participate in or lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile development processes.
- Serve as a Scrum Master when required, facilitating collaboration and helping teams deliver effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team members to plan, prioritize, and deliver development initiatives

Requirements

- Strong professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Extensive experience developing web and mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of ES6 standards and modern JavaScript development.
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful services/APIs.
- Experience with hybrid mobile application development, particularly Cordova and Ionic.
- Strong understanding and practical application of software design patterns.
- Experience with software analysis, architecture, development, implementation, and application management.
- Experience leading development teams and providing technical direction.




- Strong experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master is highly valuable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be in LATAM
