**Compensation & Earnings**
- Base salary of **$15,360 MXN gross monthly**:

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide customer support in English and Spanish through inbound phone interactions
- Assist customers with account questions, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns
- Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities while delivering excellent customer experiences
- Accurately update customer information in internal systems
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality service standards during every interaction
- High school diploma completed (certificate required)
- 18 years old or older
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Condesa / Chapultepec, CDMX
