- Quality System Administrator, Audit Experience, Review, validation and driver of customer complaints, supporting with investigation and performance of root cause analysis.
- Document each investigation thoroughly in accordance with procedures within complaint handling system.
- Investigate internal and scrap non-conformances and perform root cause analysis and CAPA utilizing proven tools to resolve quality, process, and product issues.
- DQR Sikorsky, engineering changes, VR, tech helps, customer communication.
- Returns, ORD's and dispositions and expedite containment to customers and interplants.
- Continuous improvement projects.
- Containment activities for all customer notifications. Internal auditor.
- Attendance of Customer service requirements.
- Interpretation of customer engineering and validation.
- Q-pulse upload. KPI to customers.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives. Inspection Plans
Experiência y requisitos




- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent in industry experience for a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance.
- Experience in AS 9100 or ISO Quality Systems preferred.
- English bilingual 80%
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Analytic and problem solving skills.
- Oriented to customer requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical specifications, standards, customer and regulatory documents to ensure compliance.
- Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerances knowledge.
