Reporting to the **Program Management Manager**the** Program Manager**role involves play a key role in **orchestrating large-scale programs**, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Lead **end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs**:
- Translate strategic business objectives into **actionable project plans**:
- Drive **program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management**:
- Partner with **Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams**:
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Facilitate **executive-level reporting and decision-making**:
- Manage **scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation**:




- Identify risks early and implement **mitigation strategies**:
- Lead **project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities**:
- Implement **program management best practices and standardization**:
- Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced english
- Experience in program administration/ management or related area.
- Microsoft project
- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
