**Job Title**: Payroll Specialist

**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Payroll Specialist** to join our Monterrey office. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations, and supporting our local team with accurate and timely salary payments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process monthly payroll (calculation of salaries, overtime, vacation premium, aguinaldo, etc.).
- Calculate and submit **IMSS**, **ISN**, **ISR**, **VAT (IVA)** withholdings and employer contributions.
- Prepare and file electronic tax returns (CFDI payroll receipts - CDFI de nómina).
- Maintain payroll records and handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and social security.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and coordinate with external advisors when needed.
- Support HR and finance with payroll reports for budgeting and audits.
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist in Mexico (2+ years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of **IMSS**, **ISN**, **ISR**, **IVA**, and CFDI payroll requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Aspel, CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar).
- **Basic English communication skills** (reading/writing, able to communicate with Chinese management using simple English and translation tools).
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Legal work permit in Mexico.
