**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market.
- Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent.
- Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned.
**YOU HAVE**:
- Academic background in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
- Ideally 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably working in the manufacturing or industrial space.
- Ability to complete TA coordination tasks as needed.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Ability to work 100% remotely if needed or 100% onsite from our Monterrey, MX (we are open for either option).
