**About the Role**
We are hiring a full-time English-speaking Video Editor & AI Content Creator to help produce high-quality, attention-grabbing social media content using both traditional editing skills and modern AI video tools.
You will create short form content and work directly with recorded content and AI avatar/voice clone systems to create polished, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who already understands modern short-form editing, pacing, hooks, storytelling, and AI-generated video workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and transform raw CEO video recordings into high-performing short-form content
- Create realistic AI-generated videos using AI avatars and voice cloning tools
- Produce cinematic AI scenes and visuals using tools like Kling, Runway, and similar platforms
- Add captions, transitions, effects, music, sound design, hooks, and strong pacing
- Repurpose content into multiple social media formats
- Follow brand style while also bringing creative ideas and initiative
- Stay current with viral editing trends and AI video advancements
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Experience using AI-powered video tools such as Kling, HeyGen, CapCut, Filmora, Runway, or similar
- Strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention, hooks, and engagement-based editing
- Ability to create polished, realistic, high-converting content
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
**Bonus Experience**
- AI avatars and voice cloning
- Cinematic AI-generated scenes
- Motion graphics and advanced visual effects
- Thumbnail creation or content strategy experience
