The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing products, materials, and services required for company operations while ensuring the best cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Create and manage purchase orders and follow up through delivery.
- Analyze costs, market trends, and inventory levels.
- Maintain optimal inventory and supply levels.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
- Prepare purchasing reports, savings analyses, and consumption reports.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.




- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of** ERP**systems and advanced Excel.
- Intermediate or advanced English skills (depending on company needs).
