Qualifications & • Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related 4-year technical discipline.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience, preferably in process-oriented industries and Tier 1 OEM supplier environments.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing a major segment of a large manufacturing organization or full operational oversight of a mid-sized facility.
- Cross-Border Management: Hands-on experience working within US-Mexico cross-border structures, utilizing Shelter Services and navigating US-Mexico trade laws, border operations, and customs requirements.
