The Role
As a Windows Systems Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining Windows Server environments that underpin critical client operations. In this role, you will manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensure system stability and security, and provide reliable operational support within defined service levels.

You will work in production environments supporting business-critical systems, performing system administration, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes aligned with ITIL best practices.



Your contribution will help ensure high availability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), ensuring stability, security, and availability.
- Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide support for critical production environments, meeting SLAs and operational requirements.
- Perform system maintenance activities such as patching, updates, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Support system automation, documentation, and change execution following ITIL best practices.
