Are you well-connected with OEMs, vendors, or wholesalers in Mexico? Manufacturing Partnering Group (MPG) is seeking dynamic and enterprising sourcing agents to assist our Mexico Team in identifying and onboarding Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), wholesalers, and vendor partners across various sectors.

This is not a fixed-salary position. Instead, it is a performance-based opportunity where agents earn attractive commissions for successful sourcing and partnership closures.

As a sourcing agent, you will act as a liaison between our Mexico operations and product or equipment suppliers, helping us establish strong local vendor relationships to support our expanding procurement and logistics projects.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect MPG with credible OEMs, wholesalers, or vendors across Mexico.
- Build and maintain a local supplier database for strategic sourcing.




- Work closely with the Mexico Team to assess supplier capabilities and negotiate terms.
- Provide basic supplier due diligence (background checks, references, etc.).
- Ensure timely communication between MPG and suppliers.
- Track progress and report sourcing activity.

Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sourcing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong local network of OEMs, manufacturers, or wholesalers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resourceful.
- Must be based in Mexico or have strong operational presence within Mexico.

Benefits
- Commission-based only. Agents will be compensated on a per-deal or per-connection basis, as defined by MPG Mexico’s incentive structure.
- No fixed salary or retainer.
