**Process Engineer**
**YOUR ROLE**
As a **Process Engineer**you will be responsible for defining, developing, and supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality production through technical expertise in assembly, automation, and engineering standards
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and release process estimates for new manufacturing projects.
- Define and execute Statements of Work (SOW) for new processes and initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring clear communication, organization, and decision-making.
- Support and optimize assembly processes and automation systems.
- Maintain and update system and process documentation in alignment with standards.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process feasibility and efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and tooling
**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical and mechanical).
- Knowledge of assembly processes and industrial automation.
- Experience with GD&T; principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (80% or higher).
- Strong awareness of safety and housekeeping standards.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
