**We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative with a strong cold calling background who’s ready to help scale a multi-million-dollar tech startup.**
At **Goldbar Staffing**, we don’t hire average callers. We build **elite operators**.
You won’t be dialing random lists or reading generic scripts. You’ll be representing a **fast-growing technology company** that sells **CRM software to mortgage professionals**.
You’ll be speaking with **loan officers, mortgage brokers, branch managers, and lending teams** who need better systems to manage **leads, follow-up, pipelines, automation, and client communication**.
If you’re **hungry, coachable, and serious about growing in sales, SaaS, mortgage, or business development**, this is a role where you can level up.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for starting **high-quality conversations**, creating interest, and setting **qualified appointments** for the sales team.
**You will**:
- **Cold call mortgage professionals and lending teams**:
- Introduce a **Mortgage CRM** in a clear, confident, and professional way
- Identify prospects who need better **follow-up, organization, automation, and pipeline management**:
- Set **qualified appointments and demos** for the sales team
- **Follow**scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
- Ask smart questions to uncover business needs and pain points
- Log calls, notes, and follow-ups inside **CRM systems**:
- Improve your **communication, tonality, objection handling, and sales confidence**
