- Review Import/Export Documentation
- Close communication with Customs Brokers, competent Customs Authorities and supplier of Annex 24
- Responsible for Coordination of import and export operations via air, land or sea
- Responsible for reviewing commercial invoices, Bill of Lading, packing lists and air waybills
- Responsible for maintaining effective and timely communication with different departments to ensure proper control of processes and results.
- Responsible of Keeping track of the expense accounts of Customs Brokers, and import and export operations files.
- Responsible for management of Annex 24 and Annex 30
- Knowledge in the use of DATASTAGE
- Knowledge in filling out USMCA certificates of origin
- Responsible for the administration and management of Annex 30
- Knowledge of conciliations and discharge reports of Annex 24
- Handling Bill of Materials and/or Product Structures for Annex 24
- Knowledge of Customs Legislation and International Treaties
- Knowledge of the IMMEX Program, PROSEC, 8th Rules, VAT and OEA Certification
- Knowledge of Incoterms




- Responsable for Compliance with Obligations derived from Promotion Programs or Certifications that the company has
- Generate reports of metrics of your department
- Responsible for the search for best international trade practices
- Comply with all obligations inherent to foreign trade operations

CANDIDATE PROFILE: Scholarship: Foreign/International Trade, International Business or any related

Age: Older than 29

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years in Foreign Trade and Customs

Knowledge: Advance or Intermediate English, Microsoft Office Management, Advance Excell Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Incoterms, Customs Legislation, preferable with knowledge in Integra Plus Annex 24 software and Free Trade Agreements

Personal aspects: Leadership, work ethic, analytical skills, organized, ability to learn, proactive, responsible, able to resolve conflicts, teamwork and under pressure and results oriented

Sueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
