What You'll Do

Own the analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program, including what to test, scale, and cut. Raise the account's Quality Score by improving ad relevance and landing page experience. Coordinate with the paid marketing agency to set priorities, brief work, and review outputs. Get hands-on in the account when needed to restructure ad groups, adjust bids, and fix tracking.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on Google Ads/paid search experience, ideally in lead generation. Advanced, near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken. Strong familiarity with Google Ads account structure and data analysis skills. Proficient in Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups.
