· Maintain and evolve the brand’s design system, including colors, typography, design tokens, and asset libraries

· Use generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT Image, and ElevenLabs to accelerate production and explore new creative concepts

without relying on an external motion designer

· Ability to maintain a high production pace without compromising quality. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys creating and producing

· Clear communication skills to present ideas and work effectively through iterative feedback

Nice to Have

· Experience using generative AI tools for design and content production, such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT Image, and ElevenLabs

· Fluency in English, as our venues are currently located across 17 countries· Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses

· Photography or art direction experience for in-house shoots

· Basic knowledge of branding and design systems

· Hybrid work model in Mexico City: 2–3 days in the office, with the remaining days remote

· A small, agile team of around 15 people where your work is visible and measurable from day one

· Continuous learning, with budget for courses, AI tools, and software licenses

· A product people genuinely love — day passes — and the opportunity to work with leading hospitality brands

· A clear growth path toward Senior Designer or specialization in areas such as video, motion, or brand design
