Role Description The Guest Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. This position is responsible for welcoming guests and owners, managing check-in and check-out processes, and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations and confirmations, coordinating special requests, and liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure seamless service.

The Guest Service

Representative supports problem resolution, processes payments, and maintains accurate records in property management systems.



This role contributes to a warm, efficient, and professional front-of-house experience that reflects the resort’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to provide courteous, professional, and proactive guest support.
- Effective communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish-English fluency strongly preferred for guest and team interactions.
- Competence with reservation and property management systems, basic administrative skills, and comfort using standard office and POS software.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple guest requests simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, with a adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury residential hospitality is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
