BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Develop and support Power Apps solutions (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps) to improve business processes.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Manage and support data structures within Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, forms, and configurations.
- Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards and best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation,



and user training activities for Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to data governance practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support business decision-making.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with the **Microsoft Power Platform**.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using **Power BI**.
- Experience creating workflows and automations using **Power Automate**.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and configuration.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting **SQL** queries.
- **Advanced English proficiency**
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
- Power BI report development and dashboard design.
- Basic to intermediate DAX calculations and measures.
- Data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps).
- Power Automate workflow creation and maintenance.
- Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and configurations.
- SQL querying, filtering, joins, aggregations, and basic data manipulation.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
