We are a rapidly expanding multinational company. We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Bilingual Trainer to join our team in Mexico City and support the development of our local business operations.
**Responsibilities**
- **Training & Development**: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on business processes and store operations to the local team.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that company standards are accurately understood and strictly executed in daily operations.
- **Cross-Functional Communication**: Act as a key communication bridge between management and store staff, resolving any daily operational queries.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both **Chinese (Mandarin)** and **Spanish** (Both are required as daily working languages).
- **Core Competencies**: Excellent communication skills, strong comprehension abilities, and a high level of execution.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in operations, store management, or training is highly preferred. **Fresh graduates with high potential and a great learning attitude are welcome to apply!**
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
