Description
Responsibilities
- Lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to reduce workplace hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and business continuity activities.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and leadership teams.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement safety improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Manage environmental programs including waste management, hazardous materials, air emissions, and sustainability initiatives.




- Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company and operational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Progressive experience in Environmental, Health & Safety leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and employees at all organizational levels.
