Design and develop tools, fixtures, and jigs according to production process requirements.
- Validate and implement new tools, ensuring their functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Propose and lead improvements in tooling and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions for tooling-related issues.
- Collaborate with design, production, quality, and maintenance departments.
- Document technical specifications and procedures for tool use and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
**Job Requirements**:
Proficiency in computer-aided design software (CAD/CAM).
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Understanding of tolerance analysis and component fitting.
- Experience in validation, testing, and optimization of tools and fixtures.
- Familiarity with quality and industrial safety standards.
