We are looking for a Head of Aeroméxico Training Center to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is adecuado for a Academic Leadership, Business Vision and Aviation Expertise, and understands how to build high-performing learning organizations that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance and commercial growth. You will lead the evolution of our Technical University by strengthening academic quality, expanding strategic partnerships and developing innovative training solutions for both Aeromexico employees and external aviation customers.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

- 10+ years leading a technical university, aviation academy or comparable educational institution.
- Proven experience managing P&L;, budgeting and commercial performance.
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.




- Strong knowledge of technical education, instructional quality and curriculum development.
- Experience within aviation, engineering, maintenance or technical education is highly desirable.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and revenue-generating educational programs.
