Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data management, compliance, and operational workflows

Assess AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with real-world healthcare data standards — including HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks

Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI models handle health data governance concepts

Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves how AI reasons about hospital data environments

Draw on your cross-functional experience — bridging clinical, IT, and compliance domains — to evaluate complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios





Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations

Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — particularly HIPAA

Comfortable reasoning across clinical, technical, and administrative domains

Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical, consistent approach to quality evaluation

Clear and structured written communicator

No prior AI or machine learning experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems

Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or EHR/EMR platforms

Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or HITRUST
