In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to reinforce our values and support ongoing company growth across multiple locations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring workplace issues are resolved fairly and consistently.
- Collaborate on HR initiatives such as performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Support seamless onboarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews to help enhance retention.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with all applicable federal and state labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to propose actionable improvements for engagement and retention.
- Support recruitment efforts and staffing needs in partnership with our recruiters.
- Travel as needed (40–50%),



providing HR support across various East Coast locations.

? Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with a track record of supporting U.S.-based companies.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid visa and full availability for travel within the U.S. and internationally.
- Adaptability to work weekends and holidays, and flexibility to support multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of discretion, analytical ability, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
