Purpose The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the organization, ensuring the system supports HR processes. This role involves managing Orbia Pulse (SAP SuccessFactors) system, implementing HR technology solutions, analyzing HR data, and optimizing system functionality to streamline the People Operations. The HRIS Manager collaborates closely with People leadership, IT teams, HRIS and Total Rewards groups

Main responsibiliti es

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are fully integrated with other HR systems.

- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement updates, enhancements, and new functionalities.

- Monitor HRIS system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Be able to identify data and other issues in the system, and propose improvements to system, data and workflows. They will support BG Super User in testing new/enhanced solutions in system and providing business related feedback.

- Be "hands on" person with good approach to systems – ambassadors of the system/implementation into their unit

- Have ability to take a holistic view, out of the box mindset to propose improvements to system, workflows etc.

- Enjoy learning new system features, testing them and provide feedback.

- Have good interpersonal skills and enjoys teaching/sharing knowledge with others.

- Bring BG view and feedback to general processes

- Act as a liaison to the Corporate HRIS team for all system changes, enhancements and/or updates

- Participate in project plan design and adheres to project timelines to meet defined goals.



Ensure project progress is reported on assigned tasks in a clear and timely manner to all levels of management

- Define and outline implementation and contingency plans.

- Define and follow project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.

- Participate and lead special projects, as requested.

- Becoming familiar with existing SAP SuccessFactors design and enhancements as well as third-party applications

- Partner with HRIT and SAP Developers for Projects and Updating configuration and as needed working with developers to modify programs and ensuring adequate end user testing and acceptance.

- Partner with business stakeholders from People Team, IT, Finance, Sustainability to determine the HR Reporting & Analytics projects and establish demand planning.

- Establish an internal HR Reporting and analytics practices with Tool enhancements in reporting experience using best in class technology to build automation, dashboards in Reporting experien ce.

Knowledge and Experience requ ired

- Bachelor´s d egree

- Language(s) and level of profici ency: Fluent English and Sp anish

- Success Fac tors: Prior experience with HRIS systems, must be able to communicate findings, analysis, implications and recommendation to varied stakeholder audiences, able to work independently but collaboratively within the team and other enterprise functional areas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual. Minimum 5 years of experience, experience with Success Factors (Employee Central, Talent Acquisition Module, Reporting& Analytics) and Microsoft Office (Power BI, Copilot,etc.).
