Identity sits at the heart of most modern security failures — and the next generation of AI systems needs to understand why. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models by working through realistic enterprise identity and access scenarios.
This is a unique opportunity to put your security expertise to work at the frontier of AI development, partnering with world-leading research labs to make AI smarter about how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in real environments.

- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities
- Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for correctness and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Provide structured, expert-level feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
- Familiar with how identity failures occur in practice and how attackers exploit them
- Able to think critically about access control design and articulate reasoning clearly
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working through complex, realistic security scenarios
- No prior AI experience required — your security knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity)
