Compensation:

USD 1.25K - 2K/month.

- You are proficient in Technical drawing, SolidWorks, Rendering, Product development, Keyshot.
- You are beginner in Woodworking.

Responsibilities and more: This role is for a furniture design engineer at a small company in its 70th year of operation, ideal for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys woodworking and manufacturing. As part of our team, you will support product development and engineering from concept through production while also contributing to marketing materials, product documentation, sales,



and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, create, or modify 3D product library with SolidWorks.
- Create design-intent drawings, 3D files, and other technical assets that you will communicate to our production partners.
- Assist the sales and customer service teams with product inquiries, renderings, drawings, and collateral.
- Contribute meaningfully to discussions around future company endeavors, such as design direction, marketing and branding, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Design or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial, furniture, or interior product design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks modeling, assemblies, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- KeyShot rendering with strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding and curiosity of wood manufacturing processes and product development.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, small-team environment.
- Woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and knowledge of furniture or design history are considered assets.
