We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team — a role focused on managing influencer partnerships, launching performance-driven campaigns, and helping us grow customer acquisition across Spanish-speaking markets.

Challenges that await you:

- Manage approximately 30 influencer partnerships and placements independently each month
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate campaign execution
- Support the testing of new acquisition hypotheses and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC, conversion, and ROI, and suggest optimization opportunities
- Manage allocated campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to launch, optimize, and report on influencer campaigns
- Maintain and expand the influencer database using internal CRM tools

What makes you a great fit:

- Fluent Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Good understanding of the influencer landscape across Spanish-speaking markets




- Experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, conversion, and ROI
- Experience working with CRM systems or influencer management platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident use of AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to improve productivity
