**Logistics Coordinator - Drayage Freight (Uncapped commissions - English Required)**
**Location**: Mérida, Yucatán, México
**Work Arrangement**: On-site
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Join our Mérida office, an extension of our US-based freight brokerage, **supporting drayage, ocean, and air freight operations.** This Logistics Coordinator role will focus primarily on **drayage shipments**, while also providing support for ocean and air freight movements as needed.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our US-based drayage brokers to coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently while building your career in the logistics industry.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Support our US-based drayage brokers with daily freight operations
- Coordinate drayage shipments as the primary responsibility, while also assisting with ocean and air freight movements
- Track freight and ensure on-time pickup and delivery




- Help optimize load execution while maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Advanced English (C1+) **non-negotiable**:
- **Drayage brokerage or drayage operations experience is required**:
- Professional experience (operations, customer service, logistics)
- Initiative, problem-solving, and strong organization
