We are looking for a proficient **COMMERCIAL UNDERWRITER**who is motivated to professionally grow and excel with the company. This role is responsible to maintain the highest level of technical underwriting expertise and integrity in their LOB and within the company, by developing risk-analyzing standards and best liability practices, supporting staff skill development, and ensuring the underwriting quality with a strong relationship management and **consultative selling skills**, capable of balancing technical underwriting expertise with commercial judgment and broker/client engagement.

- **Experience in the**_**U.S auto insurance industry**_as an underwriter or its equivalent
- Strong analytical, and detail oriented skills(financial, legal,



etc. to identify risks)
- _**Negotiation and soft-sales skills.**_
- **Willingness to learn through work practice and work under pressure..**:
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor
- Performs other duties as assigned
