**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
The Product Analyst will design, develop, and maintain scalable API product enhancements. This role involves diagnosing issues, defining business requirements, and validating deliverables to ensure high-quality solutions.
The Product Analyst will also lead integrations between partner systems and our core platforms, ensuring the timely delivery of complex integration projects while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering consistent collaboration across global teams.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage partner integrations with partner platforms (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
- Resolve technical and functional questions raised by partners throughout the integration process, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous operational support.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing products and identify opportunities for new features or product enhancements.
- Participate in design, documentation, and performance optimization of integration frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration lifecycle management, monitoring, automation, and release processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining system integrations in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.
- Experience with integration monitoring tools, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
