Join our committed team at Ericsson as a Service Support Specialist. The scope of this area is to answer the current North America 800 EHS line and act as the first line of response — capturing, logging, and routing both EHS and security incidents.
Ticketing & Escalation Collect information from callers
Implement the ticketing process
Refer cases to the appropriate EHS Prime for further follow‑through when needed
Security Incident Reporting
Execute Security Incident Reporting as part of the scope
What you will do Monitors, summarizes information and data to support EHS progress and performance
Prepares information used for decision making within EHS area
Provides EHS related advice and support to stakeholders
Provides information about available documents for key stakeholders
Supports implementation of internal and external EHS campaigns and promotions
Exchanges information with others in straightforward situations
Contributes to EHS strategy execution by working according to established governance, processes, and tools
