The Role As a Culture & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of Clarios’ employer branding and corporate brand strategy through digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and attract new talent aligned with our values and culture.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Social Media Strategy & Content Planning Coordinate monthly and quarterly content calendars with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.
Content Creation & Production Generate multimedia content including photos, videos, quizzes, stories, templates, and branded assets.
Conduct on‑site content gathering: filming, interviews, photo sessions, and coverage of events.
Write captions, sequences, and short narratives that highlight culture, achievements, and employee experiences.
Edit videos and images to ensure professional, on‑brand publication standards.
Publishing & Channel Management Execute content posting according to the established grill, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
Monitor performance of posts and recommend improvements for future content strategies.
Support engagement activities and internal campaigns on Viva Engage.
Benchmarking & Creative Research Conduct ongoing benchmarking of corporate and employer‑branding accounts (local and general).
Identify trends, creative best practices, and inspiration to enhance brand presence.
Provide recommendations to innovate formats and storytelling approaches.

What You Bring (Qualifications) Applicable Backgrounds: Students in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
Preferred Skills: Experience with social media management and content planning
Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
Ability to craft engaging captions and visual sequences
Understanding of employer branding or interest in HR communications
Creativity and passion for storytelling
