We are hiring an experienced Case Manager to join our growing Personal Injury team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm
Strong client communication and follow-up skills
Experience handling pre-litigation cases
Ability to manage medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Coordinate with attorneys, providers, and insurance companies
Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records
Request and organize medical records/bills
Ensure clients receive timely updates throughout their case
