ROLE SUMMARY

Our General Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our organization. Become a Global Graduate in Marketing

Our Global Graduate Program aims to develop exceptional commercial & strategical business skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Marketing departments such as Brands, Trade Marketing & Development, Consumer Experience, Consumer Insights and Foresights, Customer Management work together to achieve outstanding business results.

You will work as part of our accelerated management program in different marketing rotations, starting your career journey at Trade Marketing & Distribution across Mexico and moving forward into different marketing subfunctions in Area Office Monterrey. These rotations will allow you to develop and present strategic business projects addressing real opportunities and creating action plans
