Olsa Tools is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the execution of our growing product development pipeline. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will coordinate supplier communication, documentation, timelines, and cross-functional projects to help bring innovative products to market efficiently and on schedule.
**QualificationsExperience**
- 2+ years of experience in product coordination, project coordination, sourcing, supply chain, or a similar operational role
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers is an asset
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in hand tools, consumer products, eCommerce, manufacturing, or import businesses preferred
- Experience using project management software such as Asana or similar
**Education**




- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, or related field preferred (not required)

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate product development projects from concept through production
- Maintain product development timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Communicate regularly with overseas suppliers regarding quotations, samples, production status, and documentation
- Track samples, approvals, tooling, packaging, and production schedules
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, documentation, and project files
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely responses and project progress
- Assist with cost analysis, quotations, and supplier comparisons
- Maintain accurate project tracking within project management systems
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate when necessary
- Support continuous improvement of product development processes and documentation
- Assist the Product Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities
