A newly, well-established **U.S.based Freight Brokerage Company** is seeking an **experienced Freight Broker** to join our team in Monterrey, N.L.
**Requirements**:
- **Mandatory experience working as a Freight Broker (U.S. market)**:
- **Strong understanding of both the operational and sales departments of Brokerage.**:
- **Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.**:
- **Leadership and hands-on experience managing or leading a team.**
**Schedule**:
Hybrid - Monday through Friday (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM local Monterrey time)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee a team of freight brokers handling U.S. lanes
- Coordinate daily brokerage operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers
**Compensation**:
- Fixed base + additional % commission.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
