At ACSI, we have supported U.S. businesses through bilingual contact center solutions for over 20 years. We are currently looking for **a near-native bilingual talent to join our medical campaign** team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Schedule and confirm _medical appointments_
- Provide follow-up assistance to patients
- Update customer information in the system
- Deliver excellent customer service over the phone

**Service Window**
You will be assigned specific shifts within the following operating hours. These are coverage windows, not fixed schedules:
- Monday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m.9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 9:00 a.m.7:30 p.m.
**Saturday availability is required.**
**Requirements**:




- Advanced English proficiency; assessment required
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Updated employment documents (RFC and NSS)
**Starting date: August 24**
- Location (On-site position): Near Metro Revolución/Hidalgo and Metrobús Amajac
