TCS is looking for an IT Asset Management

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary

- Intermediate-Advanced English communication
- Min. of 3 Years working with CMDB/ServiceNow
- Lead end-to-end Hardware & Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) across data-center and cloud environments, covering asset lifecycle, software licensing, compliance, renewals and cost optimization. (ServiceNow)
- Own ServiceNow CMDB governance and data quality , ensuring CI accuracy, relationships, ownership, lifecycle status and alignment with configuration-management standards.
- Drive ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, HAM and SAM integration , enabling automated discovery, asset-to-CI reconciliation and improved configuration visibility.
- Govern Data Center and AWS configuration assets , including physical/virtual servers, storage, network infrastructure and AWS services such as EC2, EBS, RDS, VPC and load balancers.
- Lead asset and configuration reconciliation , validating ServiceNow records against discovery platforms, procurement data, physical inventory and AWS resources.
- Manage software license compliance and optimization ,



including major enterprise vendors, audit readiness, entitlement management and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
- Establish ITAM/CMDB governance, controls and KPIs , covering CMDB health, asset accuracy, EOL/EOS risks, license compliance and technology refresh.
- Provide senior governance and cross-functional leadership , partnering with Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Procurement and Finance teams while serving as the escalation point/SME for HAM, SAM and Configuration Management.
