Our Contact Center team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Recruiter to help us attract and hire top customer service talent. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our ongoing expansion by managing high-volume recruitment efforts and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Main responsibilities:
•Manage high-volume recruitment processes for Contact Center and Customer Service roles.




•Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
•Talent Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and passive candidate outreach, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
•Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, qualifications, and team culture. Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments through phone interviews, behavioral interviews, and technical interviews where applicable, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
