As a Strategic PMO, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives that fuel Stori’s growth. This is not a traditional project management role — it’s a strategic operator position focused on bringing new solutions to life through partnerships, integrations, and scalable go-to-market execution.
You will act as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring that complex initiatives move from idea to launch to scale, delivering measurable impact on user growth and business performance.
What you’ll be doing:In this role, you will:
- Own the end-to-end coordination of high-impact,
cross-functional growth initiatives from concept through execution and scale.
- Define initiative scope, success metrics, milestones, and accountability frameworks from day one.
- Lead the execution of new solutions developed through commercial, technology, and financial partnerships.
- Design scalable playbooks to replicate successful partnerships across new partners or markets.
- Identify and remove structural blockers that slow down execution or limit scalability.
- Design and implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to maximize user growth, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Act as the bridge between Business, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
- Monitor performance of strategic initiatives using dashboards and data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, aligning teams on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
