A day in the life
The Director, Market Officer, is the local market leader responsible for a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of prime logistics real estate across the markets of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua and Hermosillo. The role is based in Ciudad Juárez and has responsibility for all operational aspects of the portfolio including leasing, forecasting, strategic planning, and leading the Real Estate and Customer Experience Team.



The Market Officer will also have a strong partnership with the Capital Deployment, Development and Construction teams to ensure the successful execution of acquisitions and developments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a 12-person customer experience team, creating an inspirational and motivating environment.
- Build, communicate, supervise and execute the vision, strategy, KPI’s, and annual business plan, for the market.
- Develop and execute real estate strategies and transactions that support Prologis core business, plans, and objectives, as well as growing ancillary revenue streams.
- Maintain and grow Prologis’ position as the industry leader.
- Represent Prologis with key stakeholders within cities, municipalities, and the business community where Prologis’ assets are located.
