Detailed Description of the Project
Project Objective
- Support the Digital Innovation team by designing and executing internal marketing and communication campaigns for Leaplab, Smart Innovation, and Communities of Practice.
- We are looking for a creative and analytical student who can help transform innovation initiatives into engaging communication campaigns and data-driven stories.
Challenges for the Students
- Develop and execute internal communication and engagement campaigns that increase awareness and participation in Digital Innovation initiatives.
- Transform complex innovation, technology,
and operational topics into compelling content tailored to different employee audiences.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify engagement trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Support the growth and positioning of Cemex Communities of Practice as strategic platforms for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Create multimedia content that enhances the visibility of innovation initiatives and promotes employee engagement across general teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different business units and regions to develop impactful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to maximize campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
