We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with deep experience supporting law firm clients and a strong command of US GAAP to join a fast-paced outsourced accounting environment. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a multi-client setting, brings a high level of technical accounting expertise, and can independently manage complex engagements with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
- Law Firm & Client Accounting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for law firm clients, including matter-based cost tracking, billing reconciliations, and client trust account oversight.
- Prepare and review client invoices, accounts receivable aging reports, and collections follow-up in coordination with firm administrators.
- Support accounts payable workflows, including vendor management, invoice approval, and payment processing.
- Prepare and/or review capital contributions, partner allocations, draws, and equity schedules for partnership structures.
- Coordinate with attorneys and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
