POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Coordinate all activities and developments concerning NPD projects focused on Logistics.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop Logistics Projects focus on new implementations and improvements linked with NPD.
- Introduction of New Platforms and Products.
- Introduction to new processes.
- Improvement Projects.
- SAP Projects.
- Feasibility Studies.
- Develop and implement Logistics Strategies & Concepts for parts assembly and handling.
- Link between NPD Business Unit Leaders and Logistics Site. Also, for Engineering teams and Internal Logistics.
- Integrator of Information and Facilitator.
- Perform as Logistics Project Leader in the site. Accomplish all NPD Gates & Deliverables
- Coordinate activities with Packaging and Process Engineers.
- Develop master plans and ensure a good follow up for all team members of the project.
- Develop and Maintain the PFEP (Plan For Every Part) for new platforms.
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and Tools acquisition due to NPD.
- Support on Packaging Developments mainly in early gates.
- CAPEX definition and execution for NPD Projects.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP policy.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Background on Project Management. Prioritization.
- Value Stream Mapping understanding. Skills to set up processes and procedures.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- English Language
- Good level in Excel, AutoCAD & SAP software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor: Professional Engineering
- Experience at least 2 years of experience in a similar area.
