What You'll Do

Lead the execution of the employee lifecycle, ensuring agility and consistency at each stage, particularly for commercial teams. Act as a strategic partner for business leaders, providing advice on team management and core people issues. Manage and analyze team metrics to identify improvement opportunities and design effective actions. Drive cross-functional projects to enhance employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 6 years of experience in human resources, directly collaborating with commercial or operational teams. Proven experience in managing performance evaluation processes, compensation, and labor relations. Proficiency in information analysis tools and dashboards for interpreting human management metrics. Previous experience in the financial or technology industry.
