- bachelor's degree/degree in: mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, electronic engineering
- 5 years of experience in position is required
- experience in manufacturing and metalworks processes
- experience in hvac processes is highly desirable
- leads and track the development of projects from its definition, conceptualization, detail, engineering, cost evaluation, justification, construction, implementation, training and closure, always giving a professional service of turnkey projects to the costumer department.
- purchase & supervises the mechanical or electrical design/construction of machinery, equipment, tool & die.
- justifies and executes capital investments
- essential experience in the transfer and implementation of production lines, including the installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial machinery and equipment within manufacturing environments.
- management of autocad, inventor, solidworks, visual studio and programming software allen bradley. Microsoft project (preferred)
- experience leading team works and direct reports.
- lead manufacturing changes related to new product introductions and engineering changes
