What is special about this role?
The Helix Experience Team is responsible for the software platform and user experiences that supports our Participants, Providers,
and Research Administrators throughout their genetics journey. We guide users from initial enrollment in our research program, through sample processing in our lab, to the return of their results and shape comprehension of their genetic outcomes. Our team works closely with Design, User Experience, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Data Engineering, and Solutions teams to build and maintain the software and infrastructure necessary to provide an industry-leading experience.
