Job Description:

How you will make your mark
- HPEN Software Capitalization (SW Cap) Development and Governance (Primary Focus): Lead and enhance SW Cap processes, including identification of eligible costs,



tracking of capitalization activity, and development of scalable frameworks to support ongoing capitalization efforts. Partner with Engineering and Controllership to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and alignment with project execution.
- SOX, Audit, and Controls: Own and maintain robust internal control frameworks related to SW Cap and financial reporting. Support internal and external audits, ensure proper documentation, and proactively address control gaps to drive compliance with SOX requirements and accounting standards.
- C&B; OPEX Support and Management: Support planning, forecasting, and reporting of operating expenses, providing insights on spend variances and cost drivers while ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Integration Synergy and Cost Tracking: Track and report on integration synergies and cost savings initiatives, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
